Every agent stays informed
When one agent changes something another agent relies on, gitta tells that agent at its next step.
gitta warns coding agents when another agent changes code they depend on, then tests the combined work before it reaches main.

When one agent changes something another agent relies on, gitta tells that agent at its next step.
The agent adjusts its own work while it is still small and cheap to change.
When you run git merge, pull or push, gitta runs your own tests on everyone’s work together. That also catches changes that merge without a conflict and still break the build. If the tests fail, main does not change.
From two agents on one laptop to every agent in your company.
Run Claude Code, Cursor and Codex on the same code at the same time. Each agent hears when another one changes something its work relies on.
Reviewers see which open pull requests touch the same code, and whether they pass your tests together, before they read a line.
Risky code is flagged on the lines an agent adds, and a weakened check or test is reported in every merge.
A tamper evident record of every agent change and who started it, which your auditor can use for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 change controls.
With gitta Enterprise, agents work on COBOL, copybooks and JCL, and a change to a shared field reaches every program that uses it before your build does.
Your team runs agents on laptops, build servers and in the cloud. gitta Enterprise connects all of them, so every agent knows what every other agent is doing, wherever it runs. It comes with a yearly licence per team.
Agents already work on top of each other, and their pull requests clash when they meet on main.

gitta is free and open source. Install it, then run one command in your repository. It finds your worktrees and connects to the agents you already use.
$ curl -fsSL https://gitta.io/install.sh | sh$ gitta initYour repository stays a normal Git repository. Works with Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
Three real open source projects. Switch between with and without gitta.
What teams learn when they run several agents at once.
No. Your people still review the code. gitta shows them which pull requests touch the same code and whether they pass your tests together.
No. gitta works on top of Git. You keep your repositories, your tools and the way your team works today.
No. gitta works alongside the agents you already use and has no AI of its own. It uses fixed rules and your own tests, so it behaves the same way every time.
Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any tool that makes Git worktrees. Cloud agents that open pull requests are covered by the gitta check on GitHub. GitLab and Azure Repos are coming next. See Agents.
Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Rust, Java, C#, Kotlin, C and C++. Other files merge line by line. Mainframe languages, COBOL with its copybooks and JCL, come with gitta Enterprise. See Mainframe and COBOL.
macOS, Linux and Windows, on x86_64 and arm64. FreeBSD comes next. On IBM Z, gitta Enterprise runs in zCX on z/OS. Fast shared workspaces and the agent sandbox use Linux kernel features.
gitta works inside your normal git merge. When you merge, pull or push to main, it runs your own tests on all your agents’ work together, and a merge that fails stops before main changes. Make the gitta check required, and every pull request gets the same test. A clash between two agents shows up earlier, while they are still working, because gitta tells the agent at its next step.
